Wedding Photography at Mill Barns in Alveley and Aimee & Stuarts wedding was only the fourth wedding to be held at this new prestigious wedding venue.
A wonderful traditional wedding.
Those of you who are not so familiar with the Mill Barns location, Alveley is a small village in the Severn Valley, Shropshire about 11 miles south-southeast of Bridgnorth. It is in the civil parish of Alveley and Romsley. The church in Alveley “St Mary’s is just a 5 minute drive away for those who prefer a more traditional start to a wedding day. In the past we have photographed many weddings at the former Mill Hotel which was very popular until it was sadly destroyed by fire some years ago. The Mill Barns exclusive use waterfront barn wedding venue is just so unique it is attracting couples from all over the country. No brida or groom preperations where required so our day started with a visit to St Mary’s Church in Alveley to take shots of details and of course the church. Jayne & Richard Yarrington are very much involved with the local church and was keen for me to visit, Jayne kept me in order for most of the day ( Jayne love you to bits) Aimee decided to walk the 10 min journey to the church from her parents home, we enjoyed some amazing reactions from locals as it is not often you see a Bride with her bridesmaids, ( Elinah, Sian,& Amy) Sian is the photo bomber!! and parents walking through a village to the church, and of course me trying to keep one step ahead. Rev Neil Dunlop was waiting patiently at the church door waiting for Aimee and her entourage to arrive. After the ceremony it was off to the Mill Barns to celebrate and party. “Donna” wedding manager welcomed us all in the the barn with loads of champagne to refresh the couple. A huge thank must go to Aimee & Stuart and everyone who made the day so special. A really special thank you to Rev : Neil Dunlop for being so welcoming and great to work with. Here is a selection of photographs from Aimee & Stuarts wedding day. Congratulations guys wishing you a fabulous life together. Jon & Max xx
